The blacklash over Rob Gronkowski's post-Super Bowl dance session has yet to be muted.
First, former Patriot Rodney Harrison explained Wednesday Gronkowski would have "got his head rung" if he pulled the moves on previous New England teams.
Then there is New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz, who shares the perspective of playing in his first Super Bowl, but happened to end up in the winner's locker room. Cruz, who knows how to dance, especially when celebrating a touchdown, shared Harrison's perspective, albeit in a slightly less violent manner.
"I would have been in my room, watching TV, soaking in the moment,” Cruz told "ProFootballTalk Live" on Thursday. "It’s not every day you make it to a Super Bowl, man. ... Some guys play 15, 16 years in this league and don’t make it the Super Bowl. Or even the playoffs, let alone the Super Bowl. ... I probably wouldn’t have been partying too much after that."
Gronkowski wasn't the only player partaking in the postgame party -- a staple for all Super Bowl teams. But his actions don't sit well with many, considering the magnitude of what had just taken place on the field -- a loss that left Tom Brady stunned at his locker and Wes Welker nearly in tears.
As former and current players weigh in, the salsa-dancing Cruz is the latest not to endorse Gronkowski's moves.
