Finley guarantees Eagles, Saints hype will 'come to an end'

As far as Jermichael Finley is concerned, all of the preseason hype surrounding the Philadelphia Eagles and New Orleans Saints will come to an end once the regular season starts.

While Finley's Green Bay Packers -- who happen to be the defending Super Bowl champions -- have been relatively quiet in free agency, the Eagles and Saints have made headlines by adding big-name, veteran players. The Packers have chosen to stay with the status quo, instead relying on the team's core and the 16 players with season-ending injuries who watched the Super Bowl from the sidelines.

Finley isn't concerned, and went as far as to guarantee the talk surrounding two of the Packers' biggest NFC competitors will end.

"I ain't worrying about all that," Finley said during an interview with 1250-AM in Milwaukee. "All that talk with the Eagles and Saints, that will come to a halt, I guarantee you."

Finley also had a message for Eagles quarterback Vince Young, who coined the moniker the "Dream Team" after the team added Nnamdi Asomugha, Ronnie Brown, Jason Babin, Jarrad Page, Cullen Jenkins and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie during the helter-skelter abbreviated offseason.

"Ah man, that's just talk," Finley said. "That's on paper. (Vince Young) is a backup, I don't think he should be doing too much talking."
