Here's a note of interest: T.J. Houshmandzadeh is in the midst of his worst stat line of the season (34 yards, no TDs) in the first week Chris Henry has played. Coincidence?

» Kevin Jones has four carries for minus-4 yards and one touchdown. Odd stat line. ... Stud running backs continue to fall like flies, as Adrian Peterson has been diagnosed with a sprained knee and will have an MRI tomorrow. Add Chester Taylor now. ... Patrick Crayton scores on a 20-yard pass from Tony Romo, who now has two touchdown passes in the first half at the Meadowlands.

My sister is a huge Cowboys fan (yes, I raised her well), and this is her first time in hostile territory. Let's hope the Cowboys win and she has a great time. Let's also hope she doesn't mouth off (she is Italian) and get Tony into a fight!

» The fantasy girl took a trip to Savannah, Ga., this weekend, so I have to set her lineup. In a league where points are awarded for catches, I went with Patrick Crayton and Muhsin Muhammad over Ryan Grant. Most of the time I would side with the running back, but Grant has a very bad matchup against Minnesota. Crayton can't do worse than he did last week (0 fantasy points), and Muhammad faces an Oakland defense that could be without CBs Fabian Washington and Nnamdi Asomugha. We'll see how it works out. Let's hope it's the right choice, or Jess might not talk to me for a week.
