Ohio State coach Urban Meyer said junior starting quarterback Braxton Miller is "probable" to play Saturday against FCS opponent Florida A&M.

Miller sprained his knee early in the first quarter of Ohio State's win over San Diego State on Sept. 7. He missed last week's victory at California.
Saturday's game against FAMU should be a breeze for the Buckeyes, who play host to Wisconsin in both teams' Big Ten opener Sept. 28.
Holding Miller (6-foot-2, 215 pounds) out to risk further injury against an overmatched FCS opponent might seem prudent. On the other hand, getting in some game action before one of the toughest Big Ten games of the season also seems prudent. While backup Kenny Guiton has played well in relief of Miller, the defenses of San Diego State, Cal and FAMU aren't nearly as good as Wisconsin's. And Guiton isn't as good as Miller.
Guiton (6-3, 208), a senior, has thrown seven touchdown passes and also run for a score in the past two games. He had thrown two touchdown passes in his career before this season.
After the win over Cal, Meyer said it would be hard to sit Guiton once Miller was healthy.
