Bengals' Palmer practices Friday, will start vs. Colts

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer, battling a sore right shoulder, returned to practice Friday and participated fully in drills, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.

Palmer is expected to start this Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.

"Not worried at all," Palmer told the team's official site Thursday. "We played a late Monday game; it's just an extra day of recovery making sure (the shoulder is) ready for Sunday."

Palmer missed practice Wednesday and Thursday after injuring the shoulder in the team's 27-21 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday night. He was sacked four times by the Steelers.

Palmer was 22-of-36 passing for 248 yards with an interception and two touchdowns.

Wide receiver Chad Ochocinco (ankle) and running back Cedric Peerman (illness) also returned to full practice this week.
