Bears make changes on offensive line after giving up 10 sacks

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Chicago Bears shook up their offensive line Sunday, one week after allowing 10 sacks and losing quarterback Jay Cutler to a concussion.

Rookie J'Marcus Webb started at right tackle against the Carolina Panthers, and Edwin Williams was at right guard ahead of Lance Louis. Frank Omiyale shifted from right to left tackle, and Chris Williams was inactive with a hamstring injury.

The moves came as the Bears started 38-year-old Todd Collins in place of Cutler, who wasn't cleared to return after being hurt during last week's 17-3 loss to the New York Giants.
