Bears C Kruetz back at practice, likely to play vs. Vikings

LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- The Chicago Bears expect to have center Olin Kreutz available to face the Minnesota Vikings in Sunday's game at Soldier Field.

Kreutz practiced Friday for the first time this week after missing Wednesday and Thursday workouts due to a pulled hamstring. He is officially listed as questionable for the game.

Kreutz, a 13-year veteran, hasn't missed a game since an appendectomy kept him out of a Nov. 18, 2002, game against the St. Louis Rams. He owns a streak of 126 consecutive starts.

Starting right guard Roberto Garza is the backup center and Edwin Williams would move into Garza's guard spot if Kreutz fails to start or aggravates the injury.

The Bears also listed cornerback Zack Bowman as questionable due to a foot injury. Bowman practiced all week and is expected to return after missing two games.
