14 NFL teams attend pro day with no NFL-worthy prospects

Representatives from 14 NFL teams were present for the pro day for Jacksonville State (Ala.) on March 12, when 13 Gamecocks players worked out outdoors on FieldTurf.

However, none of the prospects at the workout were deemed NFL-worthy, either as a draft choice or a free-agent pickup.

Jacksonville State's has produced notable NFL players, included Eric Davis -- who played 13 seasons in the NFL, mostly with the San Francisco 49ers and Carolina Panthers -- and tight end Keith McKeller -- who played seven seasons with the Buffalo Bills during the team's run to four consecutive Super Bowl appearances. The last player drafted from Jacksonville State was receiver Alan Booner, who was a sixth-round selection of the Houston Texans in the 2013 NFL Draft.
