Raiders' Derek Carr on injured pinky: 'It's great'

Derek Carr is not discussing the pinky finger he dislocated in two places on Sunday.

The Oakland Raiders quarterback, with his hands in the pocket of his hoodie during Wednesday's news conference, repeatedly replied "It's great, thanks for asking," to each question.

It's no "On To Cincinnati," but what is?

Despite the injury, Carr finished Sunday's win over the Carolina Panthers. The gunslinger is confident the injury won't affect his throwing ability as the Raiders barrel toward the postseason for the first time since 2002.

Carr took his first major step toward playing Sunday by participating fully in Wednesday's practice.
