The New York Jets' rambling search to hire someone for their vacant offensive coordinator position leads them to a familiar face on Monday.
Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News reports that former Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Cam Cameron will interview for the coordinator position. Cameron's offenses in Baltimore weren't terrible, but they also lacked imagination and didn't seem to fully capitalize on the talents in the building.
Meanwhile, New York's meandering search for a GM continues. Fox Sports insider and NFL Network contributor Jay Glazer reported on Sunday that the Jets were calling back candidates that already turned them down, asking them to reconsider. SI.com's Peter King reported that the Jets were planning to give David Caldwell an offer than included a $1 million housing allowance, but Caldwell chose to take the GM job in Jacksonville.
