Justin Tucker not thinking about Billy Cundiff's kick

Baltimore Ravens kicker Billy Cundiff missed a 32-yard game-tying field goal with 11 seconds left in last year's AFC Championship Game. He's no longer with the team.

"I don't even think about that," Tucker told the Boston Globe's John Powers. "Like I said, what is in the past is in the past. It's not about anything that's happened, even this past weekend. Every week is a new week and any team can beat any other team on any given Sunday."

Tucker successfully made 30 of 33 field-goal attempts during the regular season and set a Ravens record with four from 50 yards or more. He didn't blink last week when he kicked a 47-yard game winner to upset the Denver Broncos and send the Ravens to Sunday's AFC title game in New England.

"He's got a confident persona," special teams coordinator Jerry Rosburg said. "He's full of life and full of personality and he enjoys those moments. You could tell when he bounced out there (in Denver) that it wasn't intimidating to him. He was ready to go seize the opportunity."

The last two games between the Ravens and Patriots have been decided by a last-second field goal, and five of the last six were one-possession games. Stephen Gostkowski is ready for that scenario. Tucker better be if he doesn't want to follow in Cundiff's footsteps.
