Although the Titans' interest in Abraham goes back to last offseason, finalizing a contract could be tricky. Abraham reportedly was seeking a contract in the range of at least $5 million annually, a prohibitive salary for a situational pass rusher likely to be relegated primarily to third downs.
Signing Abraham would "not necessarily" mean the end of the Titans' interest in Dwight Freeney, one of the sources told Rapoport.
