JaMarcus Russell now is a physically fit human

We already knew JaMarcus Russell had dropped a significant amount of weight in his ongoing attempt to jumpstart his dormant NFL career.

Now some photographic proof from the football clinic where Russell has been putting in work for months.

That is a fit man in front of a modest house and a not-so-modest Escalade. Deadspin published the photo under the headline, "JaMarcus Russell Is Not Fat Anymore."
