The Bears now are inclined to agree. The team expects its veteran linebacker to play against the Indianapolis Colts, a team source told NFL Network and NFL.com's Ian Rapoport on Wednesday.

Urlacher, who had arthroscopic surgery on his left knee in mid-August, fully practiced Wednesday. Bears coach Lovie Smith said Urlacher had "a good practice," according to The Associated Press.

Urlacher might play, but it's difficult to know how effective he'll be. He said earlier this week his injured knee is "never going to be the same." At 34, there are no guarantees.
