Whether or not the Jacksonville Jaguars are interested in acquiring quarterback Tim Tebow, their current starter isn't losing any sleep over the matter.
Blaine Gabbert told the Detroit Free Press on Wednesday he isn't threated by the idea of Tebow or any signal-caller joining the Jaguars.

"I wouldn't consider it a battle at all," Gabbert said. "... I think we're pretty satisfied here at quarterback."
The Jaguars on Wednesday signed third-year quarterback John Parker Wilson to the practice squad. They aren't about to acquire Tebow from the New York Jets.
A Jets source told NFL.com and NFL Network's Albert Breer the team hasn't spoken with the Jaguars about moving Tebow. Breer's source spoke on the heels of an ActionNewsJax.com report Tuesday stating the Jaguars are "making a play" to acquire the Jets' backup quarterback ahead of Thursday's extended trade deadline.
The Jaguars were hot to trot for Tebow, a Jacksonville native, during the offseason. They lost out to the Jets, who traded a fourth- and a sixth-round pick in the 2012 draft for the former Denver Broncos starter. The Jets convinced Tebow he'd see playing time in New York, but he's just a marginal part of the offense, playing about eight snaps per game.

The Jets haven't found a way to tap Tebow's natural gifts, but they publicly say they're committed to keeping him in Florham Park.
Gabbert, meanwhile, has bigger fish to fry. Jacksonville's second-year starter is struggling to win games in the team's typically stagnant offense. We've seen growth, but adding Tebow to the mix won't help Gabbert's development any more than it has helped Mark Sanchez in New York.
