B.J. Raji: Packers make sure Bears don't have last word

Green Bay Packers nose tackle B.J. Raji said the Packers' defense heard the Chicago Bearstalking this week. Quarterback Jay Cutler told them good luck, and wide receiver Brandon Marshall basically said he was too big for the secondary.

Breer: Week 2 predictions

Can the high-flying Falcons and tough-as-nails Niners win in Week 2? Albert Breer thinks so. See who else he likes. **More ...**

"Those guys made some strong statements towards our DBs earlier in the week and our DBs took it upon there selves to make sure (the Bears) wouldn't be able to say 'we told you so' after the game," said Raji, ComcastSportsNet Chicago reported. "Fortunately for us they won't be able to say that."

Cutler completed 11 of 27 passes for 126 yards with a touchdown and four interceptions in a 23-10 loss to the Packers on Thursday night. He was sacked seven times. It was not the same Cutler who lit up the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1. Or it was a better defense on the opposite side of the field.

"If you look back through the history of (Cutler) playing us, that will tell you the tale," Raji said.

"If you can make it a one-dimensional game he has to throw the ball up because he's trying to win the game."

The Packers have now won five straight against the Bears and six of their last seven since 2009, including the playoffs.
