The month-long or so period that follows mandatory team minicamps serves as the equivalent of summer vacation for NFL players.
Exotic trips are taken, time with the family and loved ones is spent. We don't get to see what these players are up to, and with good reason -- this break acts as private time for athletes that live an otherwise very public existence.
Which is why we got a kick out of the Instagram video posted Sunday by actress Olivia Munn, girlfriend of Packers quarterback and reigning NFL MVP, Aaron Rodgers. In the video, Munn shows off some extremely impressive samurai sword work. We assume this is for an upcoming project, though it could just as easily be the latest Hollywood workout craze.
While Munn dominates the foreground, an unidentified man -- who looks, say, 6-foot-2 and 215 pounds -- capably handles a Bo staff in the background. Recognize him?
Packers training camp opens on July 30. We have no production details on Munn's potential Kill Bill reboot.
