How do I access the 2023 NFL Draft presented by Bud Light in Kansas City, MO April 27 through April 29?

The 2023 NFL Draft is comprised of the NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards which is FREE for all ages, and the Draft Theater for invited ticket holders. For free entry to the Draft Experience, fans are required to register for NFL OnePass at NFL.com/draftaccess. For the Draft Theater, seating is only available to invited ticket holders, however, as seats become available, fans will have an opportunity to be selected for standing room and other seating depending upon availability. The 2023 NFL Draft will take place Thursday, April 27 through Saturday, April 29, 2023.

What amenities are available during the Concert Series presented by Bud Light?

All Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards attractions and concessions will close at 10pm CT on Thursday, April 27 and Friday, April 28 and 6pm CT on Saturday, April 29. However, fans may view the concert from various screens on the South side of the National WWI Museum and Memorial. The North Lawn at the Museum & Memorial will have both screens, and a direct line of sight to the Theater for the duration of the concert.

Will the National WWI Museum and Memorial be open during the 2023 NFL Draft presented by Bud Light?

Yes! The Museum and Memorial will be open during the NFL Draft from Thursday, April 27 to Saturday, April 29. General admission tickets are $20 (children five and under are free). Tickets will be sold in-person at the Ticketing counter on the date of the visit ONLY. Cash or credit card will be accepted. A general admission ticket will provide access to: Museum and Memorial exhibitions and the Museum Store, Café and restrooms. Each person who purchases a General Admission ticket will be given a wristband that will allow them to enter and exit the Museum and Memorial throughout that day. General Admission tickets are good for one day only.

Can I bring a blanket to lay out at the Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

Blankets are permitted; however, we ask fans not to use blankets on the North Lawn and South Side of the National WWI Museum and Memorial for viewing so we can maximize the number of fans inside the venue.

What is NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

NFL Draft Experience is a FREE, family-friendly football festival celebrating the 2023 NFL Draft presented by Bud Light, held in the heart of downtown Kansas City, MO on the North Lawn and south side of the National WWI Museum and Memorial, from Thursday, April 27 - Saturday, April 29. Fans of all ages will be able to participate in interactive games, take photos at exhibits including the three Vince Lombardi Trophies of the Kansas City Chiefs, free player autograph sessions, and more!

Do I need tickets for the NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

No. All events and attractions are FREE and open to the public. Fans will be required to present proof of registration with NFL OnePass by registering HERE or by downloading the NFL OnePass mobile app for entry to the NFL Draft Experience. With the Draft Theater situated in front of Union Station Kansas City, viewing of the Theater stage will be available at Draft Experience from the North Lawn of the National WWI Museum & Memorial. Be sure to register for Draft HERE.

Will I have a view of the Draft Theater within Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

Yes! Built in front of the iconic Union Station Kansas City, the NFL Draft Theater will act as the hub for fan viewing of all Draft activities. General fan viewing is standing room only and will be on a first-come first-served basis on the North Lawn of the Museum and Memorial. The Draft Theater will not be visible from the Draft Experience on the south side of the National WWI Museum and Memorial. However, the Draft will be broadcast on multiple screens throughout the Draft Experience site.

Please note, security will closely monitor the capacity of the Draft site to ensure the safety of all attendees. If capacity is reaching fans will be notified via the OnePass app.

Do I have to pay to participate in the NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

NFL Draft Experience is FREE to the public and does not require a ticket, however, each fan must register with NFL OnePass, either by downloading the NFL OnePass App in the app store or by visiting the registration site HERE, to enter on a first come, first serve basis. All purchases made at NFL Shop presented by Visa and at concessions are cash-free.

Please note, security will closely monitor the capacity of the entire Draft site to ensure the safety of all attendees. If capacity is reached fans will be notified via the OnePass app.

When is NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards open?

NFL Draft Experience is open on the below dates and times (CT):

  • April 27: 12pm—10pm CT
  • April 28: 12pm—10pm CT
  • April 29: 9am—6pm CT

All Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards attractions and concessions will close at the end times listed above. However, the South side of the National WWI Museum and Memorial will have screens broadcasting the Draft throughout the duration of the Concert Series presented by Bud Light. The North Lawn at the Museum & Memorial will have screens and a direct line of sight to the Theater for the duration of the concert.

What is the schedule of activities?

The Draft Experience activities do not change daily, the attractions will remain open for all hours of operation from Thursday, April 27 through Saturday, April 29. The Draft Theater on-stage programming will begin at 5pm CT on Thursday, 4pm CT on Friday and 12PM CT on Saturday followed by a concert each night. What NFL players will be signing autographs at the Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

The full schedule of player appearances will be available in the NFL OnePass app beginning Monday, April 24. Updates to the schedule are ongoing and any appearances are subject to change without notice.

Are there age limits on any of the activities at NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

Yes, the football clinics conducted on the NFL Play Football Field are open to kids ages 6–14 only. The other various passing, running, kicking and receiving games and attractions are for fans of all ages once the adult has registered for NFL OnePass (including minors).

Can I bring in outside food or beverages?

Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the NFL Draft campus. Food and beverage will be available for purchase within the concession areas around the Draft site. Refillable water bottles are permitted for free access to the various hydration stations. Fans with medical needs, nursing mothers, or families with infants will be permitted to bring in outside food and equipment based on individual circumstances.

What is the plan in the case of bad weather?

NFL events are commonly held in inclement weather. Only in the case of extreme weather that threatens public safety will the event potentially be postponed. In the unlikely event that such a situation occurs, information for fans will be available on NFL.com/Draft-event-info, pushed out via the NFL OnePass app and announced over the PA system on-site.

How many people will be allowed to attend the NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

While there is no set capacity for the event, fans who have registered for NFL OnePass will be admitted to the NFL Draft Experience on a first come first serve basis, and security will closely monitor capacity to ensure the safety of all attendees.

What is permitted at NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

Permissible Bags and Items

  • Clear bags smaller than 12x12x6 are permitted consistent with the NFL’s Clear Bag Policy
  • Small purses/clutch bags will be carried through screening
  • Size exceptions will be made for medically necessary items
  • Large bags can be secured at provided lockers
  • Strollers and baby carriages are permitted, but all bags and blankets must be removed and screened by X-ray and will be physically/visually inspected.

Cameras – Small cameras and binoculars will be permitted. Professional grade camera and recording equipment will only be permitted for properly Draft Credentialed media

Fans are encouraged to either not bring bags or to follow the clear bag policy, however bag lockers will be available outside of the entries.

Strollers and baby carriages will be permitted, subject to screening

NFL DRAFT THEATER

What is the Draft Theater?

The Draft Theater is where prospects will be selected to their new teams. All three days of the 2023 NFL Draft presented by Bud Light will take place on stage at the Draft Theater in front of Union Station Kansas City. Commissioner Goodell and other special guests will be announcing the player selections of each of the 32 NFL teams. Additionally, the Draft Concert Series presented by Bud Light will take place on the stage after the selections end each day.

How do I get tickets to the NFL Draft Theater?

Seating within the Theater is available only to invited ticket holders, however, as seats become available, fans will have an opportunity to be selected for standing room and other seating depending upon availability. More information on backfill seating to come soon. NFL OnePass does not get fans access to the Draft Theater.

When is the NFL Draft Theater open?

The NFL Draft Theater will be open on the below dates and times (CT):

  • April 27: 5:00 PM CT— Post-Concert
  • April 28: 4:00 PM CT — Post-Concert
  • April 29: 10 AM CT— Post-Concert

If I'm in Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards, can I go inside the NFL Draft Theater?

Seating inside the Draft Theater is only for invited ticket holders. General fan viewing will be held on the North Lawn of the National WWI Museum and Memorial. The Draft will be broadcast on multiple screens throughout the NFL Draft Experience site. Be sure to register with NFL OnePass, either by downloading the NFL OnePass App in the app store or by visiting the registration site HERE for access to Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards.

Note: Once ticketholders exit the Draft Theater, there is no re-entry.

How do I access my ticket to the NFL Draft Theater?

Fans who have a ticket to attend the NFL Draft presented by Bud Light within the Draft Theater will need to download the NFL OnePass App in order to access their mobile ticket and receive key "Know Before You Go" information. The NFL OnePass App can be downloaded for Android (LINK) OR iOS (LINK) device.

Note: Once ticketholders exit the Draft Theater, there is no re-entry.

Will fans be permitted to flow in and out of the NFL Draft Theater?

Ticketed fans with seats in the Theater will not be permitted to flow in and out of the NFL Draft Theater; however, there will be access to concessions, NFL Shop presented by Visa and restrooms. Once guests are ready to leave, there is no re-entry. Fans will be able to flow between the general viewing area on the North Lawn and the Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards on the south side of the WWI Museum and Memorial.

Will there be concessions within the NFL Draft Theater?

Yes. Food and beverage items will be available for purchase inside the NFL Draft Theater.

NFL OnePass

What is NFL OnePass and is it required to enter NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

NFL OnePass is your digital access pass to the Draft and provides fans with up to the minute schedules including the Player and Legends autograph schedule, and other information for making the most out of attending NFL Draft Experience. Fans can download the app in the App Store or on Google Play. Alternatively, fans can register on www.nfl.com/draftaccess to receive their QR code. Registration is FREE for NFL OnePass – no purchase necessary.

OnePass is required to enter NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards and gives fans the ability to:

  • Access exclusive event information, player and Legend autograph schedules, map, transportation and other "Know Before You Go" information, and the latest event updates via push notifications
  • Connect with the NFL's virtual assistant to ask questions and get information via "Ask Vince"
  • Enter for a chance to win prizes, including a trip to Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas!

How do I win prizes?

In the app, you will find in the navigation bar "My NFL." Click on "My NFL" to view a list of badge locations where you can check in with your NFL OnePass. Once you have checked in at a badge location, the badge will "light up" (i.e. appear in color versus black and white).

What happens if I register for NFL OnePass via NFL.com/draftaccess before I download NFL OnePass app?

Once you've downloaded the app, you will be directed to a screen with a "login" button. Please click on the button and login with your NFL.com account. Your NFL OnePass will appear in the app on the top right corner for easy access.

Who can I contact if I have an issue with the NFL OnePass app?

Please email OnePass@nfl.com for any issues or locate a fan services booth on-site at an NFL event.

What is the age requirement for NFL OnePass registration?

You must be over the age of 18 to register for NFL OnePass. Only fans that have agreed to accept the waiver will be permitted to participate in interactive games. During registration, adults will have the opportunity to add up to 5 minors. If you forget to add a minor during registration, you do not need to re-register. Your QR code will be scanned multiple times based on the number of minors (up to five) participating in the activity.

What happens if I enter incorrect information during registration?

If you entered incorrect information during registration, you will have the ability to edit your mobile phone number in the app. Navigate to the "More" section and click on "Edit Profile". Please note at this time, no other additional information can be updated.

What happens if I forget to enter the minors attached to my NFL OnePass during registration?

You do not need to re-register. Your NFL OnePass QR code will be scanned multiple times based on the number of minors participating at that activity.

Will minors have their own NFL OnePass?

No. Only adults over the age of 18 will have an NFL OnePass QR code. Each adult must have their own QR code.

SECURITY PROTOCOLS

How will you create a safe environment?

The NFL is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all attendees at the 2023 NFL Draft presented by Bud Light. Security screening in and around the NFL Draft will be significantly heightened at each entrance. All items carried by fans will be carefully inspected and potentially prohibited from entry into the NFL Draft Experience presented by panini Trading Cards and Draft Theater. The number of guests entering and leaving the premises will be closely monitored for the safety of our fans.

Are cameras and video cameras allowed into the NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

Small cameras and binoculars will be permitted. Professional grade camera and recording equipment will only be permitted for credentialed media. If you are a member of the media, contact Megan Messing (meganm@bzapr.com) to coordinate access.

Is there a clear bag policy at Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

Yes. The NFL Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for the NFL Draft. Fans are also required to register for NFL OnePass at NFL.com/draftaccess.

FAMILY FAQ

Can I bring my stroller and diaper bag to NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards?

Yes, strollers are allowed, subject to screening. There is a special security check for medically necessary items. Bags must comply with the NFL's Clear Bag policy.

Are service animals allowed at the NFL events? Other animals?

Service animals (dogs, and in some cases, miniature horses trained to perform work/do tasks for a fan because of a disability) and service animals in training are permitted into the NFL Draft venues and may accompany fans with a disability in all public areas of Draft events (where other fans are permitted). However, other animals, including household pets and emotional support animals will not be admitted.

Are there Mothers Rooms onsite for nursing mothers attending?

Yes, there will be two Mothers Rooms on site at the 2023 NFL Draft presented by Bud Light. At the Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards there will be a Mother's Tent located on the South side of the National WWI Museum and Memorial. For guests within the Draft Theater, there is a dedicated Mothers Room on the West side of the Theater. For assistance visit a Fan Services Tent on site.

Are there any quiet areas for fans with sensory needs?

Yes! KultureCity will be on site with trained volunteers, sensory bags, and 2 mobile sensory rooms for families and individuals who have sensory needs. One of the major barriers for individuals with sensory needs is sensitivity to overstimulation and noise, which is expected to be part of the Draft environment. Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards will be available for fans to use and take home at no additional cost.
The two mobile sensory room locations are – adjacent to the Draft Theater ticketing tents and on the South side of the National WWI Museum and Memorial near the Play Football Clinic Field at Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards.
KultureCity will also have special wristbands available for families and individuals with sensory needs that can be utilized to be expedited to the front of lines.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Is there an accessible entrance to NFL Draft Experience presented by Panini Trading Cards and the NFL Draft Theater?

All entrances at the NFL Draft presented by Bud Light are accessible. If you require additional Mobility Assistance, please proceed to a Fan Services booth. Mobility Assistance Teammates will be available to issue wheelchairs to attendees who request them. The Mobility Hotline is available by phone 888-745-1455 or by email nfldraftmobility@gmail.com. Please note, the phone hotline is currently set up to accept voicemail only and will be checked periodically. The hotline will be live from April 17 to April 29.
