Landry Jones reportedly will work out for Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills continue to explore their options at quarterback after releasing Ryan Fitzpatrick nearly two weeks ago at the start of free agency.

Bucky Brooks updates his first-round projection after the free agency frenzy. Lo and behold, there's a new name at No. 1. **More ...**

With the No. 8 overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Bills certainly could find their future quarterback in the draft, which explains their recent activity. The Bills will host their third private workout with a quarterback prospect, this time with Oklahoma's Landry Jones, ESPN's James Walker reported Sunday. The Billsalso held workouts with Florida State's EJ Manuel and West Virginia's Geno Smith.

The Bills have little options in the open market and are thin on the depth chart with veteran Tarvaris Jackson and the seldom-used Aaron Corp.

Buffalo will find a prolific passer in Jones, who passed for 4,267 yards and 30 touchdowns against 11 interceptions for the Sooners.
