Justin Houston went to the locker room after getting leg-whipped late in the first quarter against Buffalo. He did not return to the game and coach Andy Reid said after the game he suffered a knee sprain.
Here's the rest of Sunday's injuries we are tracking:
- Patriots All-Pro tight end Rob Gronkowski was carted off the field with a knee injury late in the fourth quarter. He did not return. The injury is to the same knee that was reconstructed in January of 2014. NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported after the game that initial tests on Gronkowski's knee rule out a serious injury, per a source informed of the results.
- Bengals running back Jeremy Hill suffered an ankle injury and did not return in Cincinnati's 31-7 win over the Rams. Tight end Tyler Eifert suffered a stinger and did not return. Linebacker Vontaze Burfict suffered an ankle injury and didn't return. An already thin Bengals secondary got more depleted as cornerback Chris Lewis-Harris suffered a rib injury and didn't return.
