Bengals' Robert Sands arrested on domestic violence charge

Cincinnati Bengals safety Robert Sands was arrested Friday morning after he allegedly assaulted his wife at their home in Florence, Ky., according to The Kentucky Post.

Sands was charged with assault and domestic violence in the incident, according to the police report obtained by The Post.

Sands was a fifth-round pick out of West Virginia in the 2011 draft. He has been on injured reserve this season with a chest injury.
