Please review carefully, as game day procedures may differ from standard Stade de France accessibility information.
TRAVEL
Air Travel
Both Paris airports, Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly (ORY), offer assistance for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility. Notify your airline when you book your ticket, and request assistance at least 48 hours before your flight. On arrival and departure, airport staff can meet you at designated points to help with wheelchairs, baggage, and navigating security.
Visit Paris Aéroport’s accessibility page for full details HERE.
Public Transport
Paris public transport offers several accessible options for getting around the city. Accessibility varies by mode and line, so we recommend planning your route in advance.
-
RATP: Operates the Paris metro, bus, tram, and (with SNCF) RER network. Use the RATP journey planner or the Bonjour RATP app and select the option for persons with reduced mobility to find an accessible route, and check elevator status online before you travel. Visit RATP’s accessibility page for full details HERE.
-
Bus: All Paris bus routes are wheelchair accessible, though some individual stops may not be.
-
PAM (Pour Aider à la Mobilité): A door-to-door paratransit service for people with disabilities or reduced mobility, available throughout Île-de-France. Registration is required and is generally limited to Île-de-France residents, so it may not be available to international visitors. Trips must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Visit pam.iledefrance-mobilites.fr for eligibility and booking details.
For RER and SNCF train travel, advance booking is recommended through the Assist’enGare service (call 32 12 within France, or +33 (0)9 72 72 00 92 from abroad, daily 8:00 AM–8:00 PM), or online HERE.
Taxi Services
G7, the largest taxi company in Paris, offers a wheelchair-accessible service called G7 Access, including ramp-equipped and low-floor vehicles. Drivers are trained in passenger care, and guide and assistance animals are welcome. Book through the G7 app, at g7.fr, or by phone at +33 1 41 27 66 99.
GETTING HERE ON GAME DAY
Public Transport Access
Only Line 14 of the Paris Metro is fully wheelchair accessible. The walking route from Line 14 to the accessible Fan Entry is approximately 30 minutes.
The NFL is providing a courtesy shuttle service for fans with reduced mobility (PRM, PSH), running every 10–15 minutes, with drop-off and pick-up near the P4-PSH parking location. Staff will be available to assist you as you exit the metro and at the shuttle drop-off and pick-up point, guiding you to the nearest Fan Entry.
Parking
Accessible parking for the NFL Paris Game will be strictly limited due to the expanded security perimeter. Spaces are reserved exclusively in P4-PSH for guests with a valid Disabled Person’s Parking Card, Carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI), or the standard European Parking Card for people with disabilities.
You must pre-register for parking through Ticketmaster France HERE.
Taxi and Rideshare
There are no designated taxi or rideshare drop-off or pick-up locations. Please refer to your rideshare app or taxi driver for more information.
NFL CLEAR BAG POLICY
Consistent with all NFL games, the NFL strongly encourages fans not to bring any type of bag to the stadium. If a bag is necessary, clear bags that meet the Clear Bag Policy are permitted.
Fans who need to bring medically necessary items (such as supplies, equipment, medications, or physician-recommended food items) may do so, provided they are presented at stadium entrances for security screening. Medication should be in its original container, properly labeled, or accompanied by documentation from a healthcare provider. If you require any assistance or accommodation during screening, please notify security staff.
