Tony McDaniel has agreed to a one-year contract with the Seattle Seahawks, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported Thursday, citing a source informed of the player's plans.

McDaniel joins the Seahawks after four seasons with the Miami Dolphins.

The defensive tackle played in 11 games in 2012, tallying six tackles and 0.5 sacks.

Prior to his time with the Dolphins, McDaniel played for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

For his career, McDaniel has totaled 88 tackles and 8.5 sacks in 79 games.
