Tim Jamison injured, won't return to Houston Texans' game

Houston Texans defensive end Tim Jamison left Sunday night's game against the Green Bay Packers with a right Achilles injury, and the team said he wouldn't return.

Jamison played in each of the Texans' first five games, backing up J.J. Watt. Jamison had nine tackles, including one sack, and a deflected pass so far this season.

Packers linebacker Nick Perry left in the second quarter with a knee injury, and the team said he wasn't expected to return. Perry was the Packers' fifth-leading tackler (28) entering Sunday night, and he had two sacks through the first five games.

Packers middle linebacker D.J. Smith limped off the field later in the second quarter with a right knee injury, and the team also said he wasn't expected to return.

Texans right guard Antoine Caldwell left before halftime with a concussion. He will not return.

Packers running back Brandon Saine (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of the game. Cornerback Sam Shields was kicked in the shin and is questionable to return.
