Super Bowl LV Experience - FAQ

What are the participating Riverwalk Parks in the Super Bowl Experience?

Julian B. Lane Park, Curtis Hixon Park and Technology Village (located at 101 E. Whiting Street) are all the parks making up the Super Bowl Experience.  

How much are tickets to the Super Bowl Experience?

Tickets to the Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe's are FREE and can be accessed by downloading the NFL OnePass app in the app store or by visiting www.NFL.com/OnePass 

Adults can register up to 5 minors and 1 other adult. Entry into Julian B. Lane Park requires NFL OnePass and a ticket with a date & session. Walk ups are welcome, but entry is not guaranteed. For access to Curtis Hixon Park or Technology Village, NFL OnePass is required, however a ticket with a date and session is not.

*Fans do NOT need to register for a reservation for Curtis Hixon Park and Technology Village, those only require a OnePass QR code. *

Is my ticket good for one day only?

Once your ticket is scanned, you will not be able to re-enter the Super Bowl Experience unless you return and enter the walk up/standby line.

Do I have to arrive during my session time?

Yes, we ask all fans to enter the Super Bowl Experience during their specific session time to maintain social distancing and capacity regulations that we have in place. Once your session expires, we ask that you please exit the Park.

Can I cancel or edit my reservation for my tickets?

Reservations cannot be changed or cancelled. We are only permitting two reservations per email address to ensure that as many fans as possible can attend the Super Bowl Experience. If the session you prefer is not available, or you have already made two reservations, fans can walk up and join the standby line to get in, however entry is not guaranteed. 

Can I speak to a customer service representative?

Beginning January 22nd from 8am-6pm, we will have a customer service representative available by calling 1-813-414-5599 or by emailing SuperBowl.Experience@NFL.com

What is the schedule of activities?

The activities do not change daily, the attractions will remain open for all hours of operation. 

What is the best day to come to Super Bowl Experience?

The Super Bowl Experience is open for 7 full days! If you are local to the Tampa community, the best time to come would be earlier in the week when lines will be shorter.

What NFL players will be signing autographs at Super Bowl Experience?

Due to health & safety protocol, the Super Bowl Experience will not be hosting in person NFL Player autograph signings. However, we will be hosting virtual autograph signings and meet & greets.  The schedule is available in NFL OnePass by clicking the Virtual Autograph Stage presented by Panini tile.

Are face coverings required?

Due to health & safety protocol, face coverings are required for all fans 2 & over. Masks with valves or vents are not permitted, and face shields must be worn with a face covering. Masks are required at entry and within the Super Bowl Experience except when actively eating and drinking in a designated concessions zone. 

How are you ensuring cleaning & disinfecting?

The Super Bowl Experience will have enhanced, ongoing disinfecting of all high touch surfaces. 

Will there be social distancing?

You are required to follow all six-foot physical distancing markers that will be displayed throughout common areas inside and outside of Super Bowl Experience. These markers will help you line up for security lines, restrooms, shops and concessions. Remember, we're in this together so make sure to be respectful of other fans and their space.

Does the Super Bowl Experience accept cash at concessions or NFL Shop?

The NFL will not be permitting cash at the Super Bowl Experience. 

What is NFL OnePass, and is it required to enter Super Bowl Experience?

Yes, NFL OnePass is mandatory to enter the Super Bowl Experience, it is FREE to download. NFL OnePass allows fans to register their information (and any minors) at Super Bowl Experience and "check-in" to all the attractions, where content, including photos and videos can be delivered to a fan via email. Check-ins also allow fans to enter contests, release liability when participating in interactive games, and enter for instant prizes.

Where do I park to enter Super Bowl Experience, and how much does parking cost?

The Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe's runs the 2.7 miles along the Tampa Riverwalk so please secure parking in the lots along the Riverwalk. 

Can I bike or scooter to the Super Bowl Experience?

Unfortunately we do not have any bike valet OR scooters at the Super Bowl Experience. 

Is there a public wi-fi network at the Super Bowl Experience?

Are there age limits on any of the activities at Super Bowl Experience?

Yes, the football clinics conducted on the NFL Play Football Field are for boys and girls ages 6–14 only. The various passing, running, kicking and receiving games are for fans of all ages after the adult has registered for NFL OnePass (including minors). To register for NFL OnePass, click HERE:

Is there an ADA entrance to Super Bowl Experience?

Yes, Super Bowl Experience is ADA-compliant. Please look for NFL staff wearing "ADA" jackets for assistance onsite.

Can I bring in outside food or beverages?

Outside food and beverage is not permitted at Super Bowl Experience. Food and beverages will be available for purchase within the concession area

What is prohibited at the Super Bowl Experience?

Note:

Prohibited items and items determined to not be appropriate for entry into the Parks will be the responsibility of the fan and cannot be accepted or checked by the venue. 

Are cameras and video cameras allowed into the Super Bowl Experience?

Cameras and video cameras for personal use are not restricted; however, if you are a member of the media, you will need to contact Crystal Fukumoto at crystalf@bzapr.com.
