Robert Mathis left the Indianapolis Colts' game against the Miami Dolphins shortly before halftime with a back injury and is questionable to return, the team said.
The linebacker had two tackles and a sack before leaving the game.
Jerry Hughes replaced Mathis.
Center Samson Satele (back) and wide receiver Donnie Avery (hip) are also questionable to return.
