The Colts scored two field goals in the fourth quarter. The Seahawks scored two touchdowns in the final minutes -- thanks to an onside kick recovery -- but the game was not as close as the final score indicated.

Game ball

The Colts offense grabs all of the headlines, but DE Robert Mathis had a monster game leading the defense. Mathis had three sacks and forced two fumbles as the Seahawks offense was quiet for most of the afternoon.

Key Stat

Seahawks QB Seneca Wallace completed more passes, but only averaged 4.6 yards per pass play. Colts QB Peyton Manning nearly doubled that with 8.6 yards per pass play.

Noteworthy
