You have lineup questions, we have lineup answers -- at least we hope so. Start 'Em, Sit 'Em is here to help fantasy managers make difficult roster decisions. And you know what is a good move? Starting Lamar Jackson. But that's too obvious, so you won't see such simple analysis here. Instead, we're exploring more debatable situations. And if you can't find a player you are looking for, please check out the latest NFL Fantasy lineup rankings.

Start 'Em
The Packers look like they have an elite defense after shutting down two top offenses in the Lions and Commanders. They haven’t had a huge fantasy day yet, but that could change this week against the Browns, who are tied for the second-most interceptions in the NFL. I will back a very talented Packers unit against this offense.
Seattle has generated pressure at the highest rate this season. Spencer Rattler has been better so far in 2025, but he hasn't been under pressure much yet. That is likely to change this week. The Seahawks' defense has a ton of talent and is coming off a big day with 14 fantasy points. I am willing to chase another big performance in this matchup.
Buffalo's defense has enjoyed some big days against Miami in recent years. The Dolphins have taken sacks at the third-highest rate through two games. The Bills have picked up sacks at the second-highest rate to start the season. Sean McDermott's D is in play as a streaming option this week.
Cam Ward’s supporting cast has not done him many favors to start the season. The Titans have allowed both pressures and sacks at the second-highest rate in the NFL. Drops have been an issue for pass catchers, too. You can play Indy in a divisional matchup this Sunday.
Last week, the Falcons were a "start" here against Minnesota -- and they finished as the top scoring defense with 21 fantasy points. In Week 1 against Minnesota, the Bears finished as the third-best defense with 11 fantasy points. The Vikings have taken sacks at the highest clip in the NFL and allowed pressure at the third-highest rate. Now they'll be turning to backup QB Carson Wentz, who has also taken sacks at a high rate in recent years. The floor is low for Cincy, but the upside is high.
Sit 'Em
The Rams' defense has been very reliable to start the season. I don’t care. Friends don’t let friends play defenses against the Eagles. The Chiefs scored just three fantasy points against them last week. The Cowboys got one point in Week 1. The Eagles are just a buzzsaw that should be avoided in fantasy.
The Lions looked like the Lions again last week. The Ravens' defense bounced back last week, as well, but we saw them struggle big time against a top offense in Week 1. They finished with -3 fantasy points that week against Buffalo. Detroit fields a high-powered offense that avoids turning the ball over. I would play it safe and get away from Baltimore's D in what could be a high-scoring game.
Chicago's defense flopped in a huge way against Detroit last week. After all was said and done, the Bears finished with -4 fantasy points. The Cowboys' offense looked more like itself last week. So far this season, their opponents have scored three fantasy points (Eagles) and one fantasy point (Giants) against them. I would avoid this matchup.
The Chargers were electric against the Raiders, but Denver's a different beast. The Broncos have allowed QB pressure at the lowest rate in the NFL and given up sacks at the second-lowest rate. Sacks are usually what I chase when streaming defenses. Plus, this game has the potential to be a higher-scoring matchup with two good offenses going head-to-head. There are much better streaming options out there this week.
Coming into the season, I thought the Colts would be a team to stream against. *Insert Charlie Murphy "Wrong!" gif.* They have been anything but. Daniel Jones and the Colts have taken sacks at the fourth-lowest rate in the league. When Miami has zero fantasy points against them, you can blame the defense a bit. But when Denver finishes with zero fantasy points vs. Indy, you take notice. Avoid this matchup.
