Run-heavy offense:  The Bills run the ball on 47.7 percent of offensive plays (2nd-most in NFL) and they average a league-best 5.3 yards per carry.

Will Shady play:  LeSean McCoy had surgery on his injured thumb on Sunday night. He was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, and he's officially ruled questionable. 

Key matchup:  The Bills defense is tied for the league lead with 31 sacks this season. The Jaguars have allowed 21 sacks this year (T-11th most in NFL).
