Dion Lewis headed for game-time decision for 'TNF'

To the surprise of no one, tight-lipped New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick isn't ready to announce running back Dion Lewis' status for Thursday night's game versus the Miami Dolphins.

"We'll see tomorrow." Belichick said Wednesday, via CSN New England. "We didn't really practice this week. My mom could've gotten through practice."

Proving to be one of the NFL's top offseason bargains, the elusive Lewis missed last week's game with an abdomen injury. He is officially listed as questionable for the game.

Because the Patriots went with their spread offense versus the Jets' stout defensive front, pass-catching specialist James White played 64 percent of the snaps versus just 12 percent for between-the-tackles hammer LeGarrette Blount.

If Lewis experiences a setback during pregame warmups Thursday, White and Blount figure to split the workload for another week.
