 **Myles Garrett - DE, Texas A&M:** Cleveland gets the best pass rusher in the draft and a veteran quarterback better than any in this particular draft (see projected trade below). 

 **Jonathan Allen - DE, Alabama:** Allen is an excellent 3-4 defensive end who gives you an inside pass rush. 

 **Marshon Lattimore, CB, Ohio State:** In the NFC North, you need cornerbacks with terrific cover skills; Lattimore fits the description. 

 **Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU:** In my opinion, Fournette does some things better than 
 [Adrian Peterson](/player/adrianpeterson/2507164/profile). 

 **Jamal Adams, S, LSU:** Adams has excellent cover skills and does not shy away as a run defender. 

 **Reuben Foster, LB, Alabama:** Foster reminds me of 
 [Luke Kuechly](/player/lukekuechly/2533056/profile). Tough to pass up for 
 [Jets](/teams/newyorkjets/profile?team=NYJ). 

 **Malik Hooker - S, Ohio State:** The 
 [Chargers](/teams/losangeleschargers/profile?team=LAC) take a safety with excellent cover skills. 

 **Dalvin Cook, RB, Florida State:** A big-play back for a team that loves to run the ball. 

 **Tim Williams, OLB, Alabama:** Williams can line up as an outside linebacker or defensive end. In either position, he's an outstanding pass rusher. 

 **Mitch Trubisky, QB, North Carolina:** 
 [Bills](/teams/buffalobills/profile?team=BUF) get the draft's top quarterback in a weak group. 

 **Sidney Jones, CB, Washington:** The 
 [Saints](/teams/neworleanssaints/profile?team=NO)' rebuilding of the defense continues with the selection of Jones. 

 **Derek Barnett, OLB, Tennessee:** (Projected trade with Cleveland for QB Jimmy Garoppolo) The 
 [Patriots](/teams/newenglandpatriots/profile?team=NE) are in need of pass rushers. 

 **Marlon Humphrey, CB, Alabama:** 
 [Patrick Peterson](/player/patrickpeterson/2495504/profile) needs a partner; Humphrey would be an excellent complement. 

 **[Mike Williams](/player/mikewilliams/2508048/profile), WR, Clemson:** The 
 [Eagles](/teams/philadelphiaeagles/profile?team=PHI) realize they need to get more help for 
 [Carson Wentz](/player/carsonwentz/2555259/profile). 

 **Teez Tabor, CB, Florida:** 
 [Colts](/teams/indianapoliscolts/profile?team=IND) need to fix their defense. This pick could also be a pass rusher. 

 **John Ross, WR, Washington:** 
 [Ravens](/teams/baltimoreravens/profile?team=BAL) take the highest player remaining on their board. Ross fills a need, too. 

 **Solomon Thomas, DE, Stanford:** Thomas is a solid run defender who can give you an inside pass rush as well. 

 **Ryan Ramczyk, OT, Wisconsin:** (Projected trade up with Tennessee from No. 23) The 
 [Giants](/teams/newyorkgiants/profile?team=NYG) trade up to get the left tackle they so desperately need. 

 **Charles Harris, DE, Missouri:** Tampa Bay needs a bookend to 
 [Noah Spence](/player/noahspence/2555312/profile) in order to take improving defense to next level. 

 **Garett Bolles, OT, Utah** The offensive line failed the 
 [Broncos](/teams/denverbroncos/profile?team=DEN) in 2016; Bolles will help. 

 **Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama:** Robinson would replace 
 [Riley Reiff](/player/rileyreiff/2533042/profile) at right tackle should Reiff leave in free agency. 

 **Gareon Conley, CB, Ohio State:** Conley is a fine press corner who has the potential to play off coverage. 

 **Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan:** (Projected trade down with

 [Marcus Mariota](/player/marcusmariota/2552466/profile) gets much-needed receiving help. 

 **Tre'Davious White, CB, LSU:** 
 [Raiders](/teams/oaklandraiders/profile?team=OAK) need to upgrade their cornerback position; White is a nice start. 

 **Jabrill Peppers, S, Michigan:** 
 [Texans](/teams/houstontexans/profile?team=HOU) swing for the fences with a wild card in the first round. Peppers is a boom-or-bust pick. 

 **Christian McCaffrey, RB, Stanford:** 
 [Thomas Rawls](/player/thomasrawls/2553733/profile) has proven he can't be reliable. 

 **Zach Cunningham, LB, Vanderbilt:** 
 [Derrick Johnson](/player/derrickjohnson/2506353/profile) is coming off an injury and is at the tail end of his career. Cunningham is a WILL linebacker who is very athletic and instinctive. 

 **Quincy Wilson, CB, Florida:** I could see the 
 [Cowboys](/teams/dallascowboys/profile?team=DAL) trading out of this spot to the second round. 

 **Takkarist McKinley, OLB, UCLA:** 
 [Nick Perry](/player/nickperry/2553579/profile) is a free agent and 
 [Julius Peppers](/player/juliuspeppers/2505010/profile) is nearing retirement. And the 
 [Packers](/teams/greenbaypackers/profile?team=GB) know their way around the UCLA campus. 

 **Taco Charlton, OLB, Michigan:** The 
 [Steelers](/teams/pittsburghsteelers/profile?team=PIT) need a cornerback and pass rusher, but Alabama TE O.J. Howard might be too highly rated to pass up at this spot. 

 **Adoree' Jackson, CB, USC:** The 
 [Super Bowl](http://www.nfl.com/superbowl) is still on their minds; they know they need cornerback help. 

 **O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama:** "Trader Bill" might bail out of this spot, but the 
 [Patriots](/teams/newenglandpatriots/profile?team=NE) could lose 
 [Martellus Bennett](/player/martellusbennett/1062/profile) in free agency and Gronk's health has to be a major concern.
