Although Perriman briefly returned to the practice field in September, the No. 26 overall pick in last year's draft never rebounded from a PCL sprain sustained on the first day of training camp.
Four months after he was placed on season-ending injured reserve, Perriman is doing well enough for the Ravens' website to report that he's expected to be back on the field for organized team activities this spring.
"I don't know what percentage it is right now, but I know everybody seems to be happy with his progress," coach John Harbaugh said Tuesday. "He looks strong."
