49ers RB Frank Gore scored on a 3-yard touchdown run to give San Francisco a 21-6 lead with 4:05 left in the game.

Both Gore and Vernon Davis had historic days for the 49ers. Davis had six catches for 89 yards, including a 73-yard touchdown. It was Davis' 13th of the year, tying him with Antonio Gates (2004) for the single-season touchdown record by a tight end. Gore, meanwhile, rushed for 107 yards and two touchdowns for the 20th 100-yard game of his career, which ties Joe Perry's long-standing franchise mark. Gore's 13 total touchdowns this season is a career high.
