When will tickets be dispatched?
Tickets will be available to download from the ‘My Orders section of your Ticketmaster France account no later than 72 hours prior to Gameday. You will receive an email when tickets are ready to download from your account.
Please note: The pdf you received when purchasing tickets that reads ‘This is not a ticket’ will not be valid for entry on Gameday. You must download the updated ticket from your Ticketmaster France account.

How do I download the tickets?
Tickets can be downloaded from the ‘My Orders’ section of your Ticketmaster France account.
If you selected the m-ticket delivery method, you can download the ticket to your smartphone and scan the barcode at the displayed entry point on your ticket. For more information on m-tickets, click here.
If you selected the e-ticket delivery method, you can download and print the ticket on A4 paper and scan the barcode at the displayed entry point on your ticket. For more information on e-tickets click here.
How do I forward tickets to others in my party?
Tickets can be passed on to friends and family, however please note that duplicate tickets will not be valid for entry into the stadium. Please ensure you make a note of the tickets that have been passed on to other members of your party and that everyone has their own, unique ticket.
In the event that multiple versions of the same ticket have been forwarded, only the first ticket to scan at the stadium entry points will be permitted entry.
How do I use my ticket when I get to the Stadium?
If you selected the m-ticket delivery method, with your ticket safely stored on your smartphone, you will not need to worry about printing anything off before you leave home. Just make sure your phone has sufficient battery life before setting off.
If you selected the e-ticket delivery method, ensure your ticket is printed before leaving for the venue.
On arrival at the stadium:
- Check your gate letter on the ticket. There will be plenty of signage on the day to help you navigate to your entrance
- Please ensure your ticket is ready to be checked at the perimeter by one of our stewards.
- Present your ticket to the steward.
- At the turnstile simply scan the QR code on your ticket under the barcode reader. If using a phone to scan your ticket, ensure the brightness is turned up. Stewards will be on hand for any assistance you may require.
- Please note, each ticket will only work once on the turnstile – it is not possible to pass your ticket onto anyone else once you have entered the stadium
What if my phone doesn't scan when I get to the Stadium?
There will be plenty of stewards on hand to assist on the day. Ensure all members of your group have a different ticket. You may need to visit one of the ticket offices located between Gates N and R or at Gate J.
I'm bringing my baby to the event – do they need a ticket?
If you have a child aged 2 or under that you wish to bring to the game, they can attend free of charge, however you must collect a ticket for your child from the ticket office on the day of the game. You must purchase a ticket for any child over the age of 2.
