2025 NFL London Games Accessibility Guide

The NFL is committed to ensuring all fans, including those with disabilities or additional support needs, have an inclusive and enjoyable experience at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. This guide provides information on accessibility for the 2025 NFL London Games on Oct 5 and 12.

Please review carefully, as event-day procedures may differ from standard Tottenham Hotspur accessibility information.

Travel

Air Travel:

Be sure to check out how to get the support and help you need at Heathrow Airport HERE. Heathrow Airport offers special assistance for many disabilities with staff support, step-free routes, mobility equipment and more.

Public Transport:

Transport for London (TfL Accessibility) is committed to accessible travel through features like passenger assistance and the Journey Planner. The public transport system, including buses, trains, and the London Underground, has been adapted to accommodate travelers with disabilities and impairments.

Taxi Services:

London black cabs are all wheelchair accessible. Most taxis have additional features, including ramps, an intermediate step, swivel seats, induction loops and an intercom system. London taxis are required to accept assistance dogs at no extra charge.

Visit London is a great resource available to ensure you have the best experience possible while visiting.

Getting Here on Game Day

Public Transport Access, the stadium is accessible by four local train stations and several bus stations near by.

  • White Hart Lane Station (London Overground)

Step-free to platform, approx. 5 min walk / 500 steps

  • Northumberland Park Station (National Rail)

Step-free to platform, approx. 10 min walk / 1,000 steps

  • Tottenham Hale Station (London Underground Victoria line & National Rail Greater Anglia services)

Step-free to train and to northbound rail platform, approx. 28 min walk / 2,800 steps

  • Seven Sisters Station (London Underground Victoria line & London Overground)

Not step-free, approx. 30 min walk / 3,000 steps

All the TfL bus and train routes from the stations to the stadium are wheelchair accessible. Wayfinding signage has also been installed on major routes from all stations to the stadium.

Accessible Parking:

This parking is exclusively for fans with valid Blue Badge (Disabled Parking) cards. All requests are verified with your valid accessible ticket and information is communicated to the ticket holder email account to pre-purchase before game day. If you meet these requirements, you may contact londontickets@nfl.com to inquire.

No general fan parking is available due to security perimeters.

NFL Clear Bag Policy

Consistent with all NFL games, the NFL strongly encourages fans not to bring any type of bag to the arena, but if necessary, clear bags outlined in the policy are permissible.

Fans who need to bring medically necessary items (such as supplies, equipment, medications, or physician-recommended food items) may do so, provided they are presented at stadium entrances for security screening. Medication should be in its original container, properly labeled, or accompanied by documentation from a healthcare provider. If you require any assistance or accommodation during screening, please notify security staff. Please note the stadium is not an allergen-controlled environment. Fans remain responsible for managing their own medical needs while attending the game.

Game Day Ticketing

Accessible Seating:

Wheelchair and ambulant accessible seats, with companion seating, and space to accommodate service animals. Seats are available throughout the stadium and in premium locations.

Event Day Relocations:

Guests with valid tickets who are unable to access their assigned seat may request relocation at any accessible stadium gate (1, 5, 13, or 17), or by speaking with the security steward or disability steward (purple bib) in your current section.

Please note that such exchanges and relocations are extremely limited, subject to availability, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Stadium Facilities

The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is designed as truly an inclusive building, showcasing best practice in stadia design. Kindly review the following information, as it may differ slightly from the details posted online with the stadium's accessibility information.

Disability Access Scheme:

The Tottenham Hotspur Club supporters are encouraged to register on the Access Scheme. The NFL games do not require registration. The dedicated access team in purple safety bib, are available to assist all visitors with a disability, impairment or access requirement.

NFL Shop:

Located on the High Road and has the following accessible facilities.

Lifts to navigate between the shop levels, accessible changing room, 1 Changing places toilet, 1 Accessible toilet, Managed queuing system and shop tills 2, 10 and 17 are fitted with hearing loops.

Entrances:

The Stadium has four main accessible entrances (1, 5, 13, and 17) each with lifts to viewing areas and stocked with:

Audio descriptive commentary headsets

Wheelchairs

Sensory Kits

Induction loops

Dog bowls for service animals

Entrance 11A is also accessible but located above street level and does not provide this equipment.

Accessible Resting Areas:

Priority seating available in the west, north, and east concourse gathering areas. Please keep these reserved for disabled fans.

Accessible Toilets:

66 dedicated accessible toilets across the stadium

Features: RADAR key access (via Access Stewards), grab rails, mounted flushing lever, backrest, full-length mirror, and emergency floor-level alarm. Some include baby changing facilities; most are dedicated accessible toilets.

Changing Places Facilities:

Three total — two in the stadium (East Atrium and West Stand Block 105) and one in the Tottenham Experience. All include: RADAR key access, grab rails, mounted flushing lever, backrest, mirror, floor-level alarm, bench, hoist, shower with curtain, non-slip floor, and sanitation bins.

Lifts:

Reserved for fans with a disability/impairment and one companion. Other fans may be allowed at steward discretion if space permits.

Sensory Suite:

Located in the North Stand (Block 416, Gate 5), the Sensory Suite provides a calming space with sensory equipment for fans with autism or sensory impairments. To use it, please request tickets in Block 416. During game day, ask any Disability Access Steward (purple bib).

Assistive Services

Fans wishing to use any of the following services may visit one of the Accessible Entrances (1, 5, 13, 17 and 11a) to request assistance or ask further questions with the stadium specialized Disability Access Team.

Audio Descriptive Commentary (ADC):

Devices may be checked out from gates 1, 5, 13 or 17. There is no cost for this service. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was in when signed out and to the entrance from where it has been signed out.

Hearing Devices:

The seating area within the stadium is fully covered by a radio-based assistive hearing system. The system is designed for fans who have Telecoil hearing aids, with the 'T' setting.

Hearing loop systems are also fitted into every catering kiosk as selected kiosks in the Tottenham Experience.

Sign Language:

British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter will be available for pre-game anthems.

Sensory Services

In addition to the Sensory Room, Sensory Kits (ear defenders, fidget tools) are available to you and can be picked up from the Cusack and Hogan stand fan information booths.
