DRAFT TRACKER 2009

After playing on both lines as a redshirt freshman, recording two sacks in limited playing time at defensive tackle, Shipley manned the pivot for the Nittany Lions for every game the past three years. He earned the 2008 Rimington Trophy as the nation's best center after garnering first-team All-Big Ten honors the past two seasons. His leadership off the field and toughness on the field makes him the type of character player NFL teams look for. Had an arm span of 29 3/4 inches and a hand span of 8 1/2 inches at the combine.

Curry is viewed by some as the elite prospect of the 2009 draft. A hard-hitting, playmaking extraordinaire in the mold of Tennessee Titans star Keith Bullock, Curry leaves Wake Forest as a three-time all-conference selection, an All-American and the recipient of the 2008 Butkus Award as the nation's top linebacker. An explosive athlete with a penchant for the big play, Curry broke onto the national stage in 2007, posting 99 tackles, including 13.5 behind the line of scrimmage and three interception returns for touchdowns (he had four picks overall) during the season. Despite increased attention from offensive coordinators, Curry was even better in 2008, leading the team with 105 tackles, including 16 tackles for loss. Capable of making plays at every level of the defense, Curry - not Rey Maualuga or James Laurinaitis - is the most versatile linebacker in this class and likely to be the highest drafted come April.

After two seasons as a possession receiver (averaging 38 catches for 465 yards and three touchdowns), Kelly exploded onto the scene as a junior, leading the ACC with 11 touchdown receptions and 83.2 receiving yards per game. But his 10.8-yard average on 67 catches as a senior is not what scouts expect of first-day prospects. The relative lack of success of Clemson receivers in the NFL is another strike against him. As a secondary threat to an explosive primary option, Kelly could serve in a similar capacity at the next level as Alvin Harper once served for the Dallas Cowboys. Had an arm span of 32 3/4 inches and a hand span of 9 1/2 inches at the combine.

Maybin decided to leave Penn State after a redshirt sophomore season that saw him named as a finalist for the Bednarik and Hendricks Awards, despite not starting the first two games of the season. The first-team All-Big Ten selection took advantage of teammate Maurice Evans' suspension for off-field issues by making 49 tackles, 20 for loss, 12 sacks and three forced fumbles in 2008. The question for scouts is where he will play at the next level. Can he add the mass necessary to play with his hand down, or will he be forced to move to linebacker? It's probably the latter, so 3-4 teams will covet his skill set near the top of the draft.

Grady flashed the ability to make plays throughout his career with the Cardinals. He needed to put together a strong senior campaign to ease scouts' concerns about his lack of durability. In posting career highs in tackles (41), tackles for loss (nine) and sacks (two), Grady accomplished just that. He doesn't bring prototypical size at the point, which means he won't fit every scheme, but for those looking for a high-effort defensive tackle in the late rounds capable of surprising, the former Cardinal could prove to be a diamond in the rough.

By no means is Boone perfect -- see game tape against speedy Florida and LSU past BCS games, or his arrest for driving under the influence in April 2006 -- but NFL teams will take into account his steady play, durability and willingness to work. He's a four-year starter who was named All-Big Ten the past two seasons. Boone may lack the athleticism to handle left tackle in the NFL, but he could enjoy a lengthy career on the right side. With so much of the attention on Pac-10 offensive linemen being spread between Oregon's Max Unger and Cal's Alex Mack, many might be surprised to note that Fletcher earned second-team all-conference accolades after each of the past two seasons. A versatile contributor with extensive starting experience at right guard and center, Fletcher ranks among the nation's most underappreciated talents. While he lacks the flashy athleticism and big name to earn high-round consideration, his size, versatility and tenacity could result in a middle-round selection and early playing time in the NFL. Had an arm span of 32 1/8 inches and a hand span of 9 inches at the combine.

One of the best among a top-rated center class. Since taking the reins from all-Pac-10 center Marvin Philip as a redshirt sophomore, Mack has been voted first-team all-conference three consecutive years (won the Pac-10's best offensive lineman award in 2007) and was a Rimington Trophy finalist each of the past two seasons. An academic standout, as well, Mack was the 2008 recipient of the Draddy Award, college football's academic version of the Heisman Trophy. Besides smarts and consistency, Mack offers rare size and athleticism for the center position, prompting some teams to view him as a potential guard in the NFL. Had an arm span of 33 inches and a hand span of 10 3/4 inches at the combine.

A 22-game starter his first three seasons with the Boilermakers at defensive tackle, Magee moved outside to defensive end as a senior. While the switch didn't pay off with eye-popping statistics in 2008 (28 tackles, six tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks), Magee did show versatility in the switch and scouts were already intrigued by his combination of size, strength and hand technique. A strong week of practice at the Senior Bowl has Magee's stock escalating as the draft approaches and, unlike some of this year's better defensive line prospects, all teams see elements of Magee's game that can fit in their scheme.

While Ohio State's Malcolm Jenkins deserves the recognition he has received as the top senior cornerback in the country, Smith might just be the most underrated. What Smith lacks in size, he more than makes up for in pure athleticism, demonstrating the quick feet and straight-line speed to cover any receiver in the country. Just as important, Smith is fearless on the field, routinely coming up to support the run. A natural playmaker, Smith left Wake Forest as the ACC's career leader with 21 interceptions. This penchant for the big play translated onto the practice field at the Senior Bowl, where Smith intercepted passes in front of hundreds of scouts on each of the first three days of work. As dynamic a playmaker as Smith is, however, the reality is there are very few 5-foot-9 cornerbacks starting in the NFL. Smith's small stature could push him far enough down the board to the point where he is ultimately a steal.

Brown never produced a 1,000-yard rushing season for the Wolfpck, but he also never had more than 175 carries. He reached that number his senior year, totaling 767 yards and seven touchdowns despite coming off two surgeries on a fractured left foot suffered in 2007. Brown was also the second-leading receiver for the WolfPack in 2008 with 29 catches for 309 yards and two scores. NFL teams running a zone-blocking scheme feel he's a nice fit for their one-cut-and-go system. Had an arm span of 32 1/8 inches and a hand span of 9 3/4 inches at the combine.

Signed with Alabama as the top prep offensive lineman in the country and proved well worth the hype. Smith started every game of his career except the January 2009 Sugar Bowl (suspension), and developed into an elite pro prospect. A massive presence with rare athleticism, Smith was arguably the most valuable player in Alabama's rise this season, and his absence was obvious in the Tide's loss to Utah in the Sugar Bowl. After becoming only the seventh true freshman in school history to start the opening game of his career, Smith quickly developed into a star, voted as a true sophomore as the co-recipient (along with Arkansas center Jonathan Luigs) of the 2008 Jacobs Blocking Trophy, presented annually by the SEC coaches to the best blocker in the conference. A consensus All-American voted the Outland Trophy winner, Smith had a spectacular junior campaign until being suspended for the Tide's Sugar Bowl date with Utah for improper dealings with a sports agent. While scouts are sure to question Smith's priorities, his play is without question. A dominant run blocker and surprisingly agile pass protector, Smith is among the elite talents in the draft and a likely top-five selection. Had an arm span of 35 3/8 inches and a hand span of 9 3/4 inches at the combine.

Gardner earned his second consecutive first-team All-ACC recognition in 2008 despite missing the final four games following surgery on a torn labrum in his right shoulder. He had played through the injury most of the fall, which was no surprise given his streak of 48 consecutive starts up to that point. Although not particularly special in any one area, Gardner's sturdiness and dependability up front is not overlooked by NFL teams. Had an arm span of 34 1/2 inches and a hand span of 10 inches at the combine.

One of the more underrated linemen in the Big Ten, Kemp's strength and leadership on the left side were keys to the Badgers' running attack. He earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors as a senior in his third year as a starter. Only a broken hand suffered against Ohio State in the middle of 2007 kept him off the field since his sophomore year. NFL teams look at Kemp as a solid reserve, if not a potential starter, available in the late rounds. Had an arm span of 34 1/8 inches and a hand span of 10 1/2 inches at the combine.

A two-time all-conference tackle for the Beavers, Levitre's pro future is likely at offensive guard. Scouts are impressed with Levitre's overall athleticism, but question if he'll be able to handle the speed of NFL edge rushers. Levitre's frame is also more conducive to the battling inside, though he may need to become stronger. The position switch won't be anything new for Levitre, a three-year starter, who has seen action at every position along the offensive line for the Beavers (except for center), including tight end. Had an arm span of 32 1/2 inches and a hand span of 9 1/2 inches at the combine.

Led Cal with 93 tackles in 2008 in his first season at inside linebacker and earned honorable mention All-Pac 10 from the league coaches. Felder's career started off impressively, as he started eight games as a true freshman, earning freshman All-American recognition from some publications. Injuries robbed him of his sophomore season, and though Felder rebounded with a strong junior campaign (career-high 101 tackles) at weak-side linebacker, he again struggled with injuries. Felder's propensity to get nicked up will be a concern for scouts, who otherwise see a versatile linebacker capable of helping immediately on special teams and worthy of development.

The future seemed bright for Hill after a second-team All-ACC sophomore season in which he made 45 catches for 478 yards. However, he suffered a torn ACL in July 2007 and did not return until the fall of 2008. He got back to business during his senior year despite missing four games with a chest injury, scoring four touchdowns on his 19 receptions. Hill's strength as a blocker and ability to give a quarterback a big target downfield makes him a prime candidate for Sunday selection in April. Had an arm span of 34 3/4 inches and a hand span of 10 1/8 inches at the combine.

A former wide receiver, Kimble posted a career high 717 rushing yards despite missing time in 2007 and looked poised to emerge as one of the Pac-10's better, more versatile backs as a senior. Instead, Kimble took a bit of a back seat to sophomore sensation Toby Gerhart in 2008. While it may ultimately harm his draft stock, the lack of punishment in a heavier workload could translate into a longer NFL career - if Kimble can impress in workouts. Scouts certainly know he can be a productive back, considering Kimble rushed for 1,940 yards and 18 touchdowns during his career while also posting 60 catches for 485 yards. Had an arm span of 30 1/8 inches and a hand span of 9 1/2 inches at the combine.

A versatile guard prospect, Parker split time at left and right guard since his sophomore season. He started six games at left guard and six at right guard in 2008. He was a second-team All-SEC right guard in 2006 and a first-team choice on the left side in 2007. Parker once again earned second-team all-conference honors as a senior, though his overall play was disappointing. A bit out of shape after undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery in the offseason, Parker didn't take the next step toward progressing into a first-day pick as expected, and may have regressed. Had an arm span of 34 1/8 inches and a hand span of 10 inches at the combine.

Defines the word "stalwart" with his steady, durable play in the middle of the Tide's offensive line. In fact, the only games he has missed over the past four seasons came during a four-game suspension for being part of a textbook scandal at Alabama in 2007. An immediate standout, Caldwell earned Freshman All-American honors playing guard, SEC accolades as a sophomore and junior at center and closed out his career by earning consensus All-American praise as a senior. Caldwell lacks the footwork to fit in every NFL offense, but his size, physicality and aggression make him an intriguing fit for a drive blocking scheme. Had an arm span of 34 inches and a hand span of 10 1/2 inches at the combine.

A legitimate big back blessed with deceptive speed, Foster developed into one of the SEC's most dominant backs as a junior, finishing with 1,193 yards and 12 touchdowns rushing while adding 39 catches for 340 yards and two scores. But like the rest of his UT teammates, his statistics dropped precipitously in 2008 (131-570-1 rush, 19-166 receiving) because he received about half as many touches and the team's overall inconsistent offensive play. Foster had a strong start to his career, stepping in for an injured Gerald Riggs Jr. as a redshirt freshman to lead the Vols with 879 rushing yards. Foster might potentially warrant the second-round grade he was given in 2007 by the NFL Advisory Committee, but must show more consistency and better ball security to be a success in the NFL.

An athletic cover corner with the speed and experience as a kick returner to potentially make an immediate contribution in the NFL, Allen elected to leave after his junior season. Allen didn't record an interception in 2008 and leaves Georgia with only three over his career, despite starting 24 games. Allen appeared poised to establish himself as one of the better all-around young cornerbacks in the SEC by starting 11 games as a sophomore. He racked up 64 tackles, three tackles for loss, two sacks, three interceptions and averaged 24.6 yards per kickoff return as an 11-game starter and much was expected of his junior season. A broken hand limited his effectiveness in 2008, and opposing offenses often elected to challenge the other side of the Georgia defense, leaving Allen with few opportunities to make plays. Allen has enough upside to warrant consideration in the early rounds, but the perception that he hasn't yet arrived could make him a second-day choice.

Collie's early entry into the draft surprised many at first, but it's understandable considering his age (24) to go along with fine routes and reliable hands. Obviously, his success as a junior had a major impact on his decision. He earned first-team All-Mountain West honors in 2008 with 106 catches for 1,453 yards and 15 touchdowns. This highly-recruited California prep started off his career in style (53-771-8) in 2004. He then served his two-year LCS mission in Argentina before returning in second-team All-Mountain West form as a sophomore (56-946-7). His father, Scott, played for BYU and then in the CFL, while his brother, Zac, also played receiver for the Cougars. Had an arm span of 31 inches and a hand span of 9 inches at the combine.

Built like a Coke machine and almost as difficult to move, Raji's dominant strength inside makes him the elite run-stuffer of the 2009 draft. An immediate standout for the Eagles, Raji worked his way into the rotation as a true freshman and started 38 of his final 40 games. A second-team All-ACC selection in 2006, Raji was expected to be the dominant cog in the BC defensive line in '07, but didn't fulfill his academic obligations and missed the Eagles' magical season. The increased expectations that came with his return to the field in 2008 didn't slow Raji at all. In fact, despite constant double-team attention, Raji emerged as arguably the most dominant defensive lineman in the country, registering 42 tackles, 16 tackles for loss and eight sacks. An even more dominant performance throughout the week of practice at the Senior Bowl made Raji a top-10 player on some boards.

McKenna "Bear" Pascoe is a throwback tight end with good receiving skills to move the chains as well as the size and strength to contribute as a run blocker. He had 85 catches for 953 yards and eight touchdowns over the past two seasons, earning first-team All-WAC in 2007 and second-team honors as a senior. He earns his nickname by running tough after contact and doubling as an award-winning cowboy (calf roping). Also a standout special team performer, Pascoe blocked six kicks over his career, including two in 2008. Had an arm span of 33 3/4 inches and a hand span of 9 3/4 inches at the combine.

NFL scouts will say Scott is not really fast, big or strong. But he is simply one of the most productive runners in college football history. The 2008 Harlon Hill Trophy winner and two-time AP Little All-American rushed for 4,321 yards and 63 touchdowns from 2007-08, adding 93 receptions for 1,391 yards and 10 scores. That doesn't even take into consideration his All-American 2006 season at Blinn JC (1,892 yards, 27 TDs) and a freshman year (played at Central Arkansas, from which his current ACU head coach came) in which he gained 1,026 yards and 11 touchdowns. Had an arm span of 31 3/4 inches and a hand span of 9 1/2 inches at the combine. However, his checkered past may catch up with him. He was kicked off his high school team for being part of a fight off campus, dismissed from Central Arkansas for - among other things - hitting a coach and has had multiple additional run-ins with police. Scott's combination of excellent vision and quick feet make him a fourth-round talent. But character issues will require a strong recommendation of Scott's improved maturity (he did turn 25 in February) from coaches. That could get him a late-round selection or priority free agent call.

Fletcher leaves Iowa with only one season as a full-time starter. Many view him as an ascending talent worthy of strong second-day consideration. A part-time starter in 2006 and '07, Fletcher established himself as a senior, earning honorable mention All-Big Ten with 60 tackles, three interceptions and 10 passes broken up. Scouts are intrigued that Fletcher seemed to improve as he gained experience. He was arguably best against South Carolina in the Outback Bowl, registering four solo tackles, a forced fumble and an interception in the end zone, helping the Hawkeyes in their 31-10 victory. Fletcher's follow-up was an impressive week of practice at the East-West Shrine Game. Scouts contend he was far and away the best cornerback at that game.

Gibson's production took a downturn as a senior, mostly because of constant double-teams and poor quarterback/offensive line play. He went from being the Pac-10's leading receiver in 2007 (67 receptions for 1,180 yards and nine touchdowns) to making only 57 catches for 673 yards and two scores this past season. Gibson still has NFL size, speed and hands, and his experience as a feature receiver in multiple offenses makes him one of the more NFL-ready senior receivers. He also boasts NFL bloodlines, as his uncle, Vaughn Williams, was a defensive back for the San Francisco 49ers and Indianapolis Colts. Had an arm span of 32 inches and a hand span of 9 1/4 inches at the combine.

A two-time second-team All-Pac-10 selection, Hughes paired with Keenan Lewis to give the Beavers arguably the top cornerback duo in the conference. Hughes signed with Oregon State as a receiver but moved to cornerback and started 40 games for the Beavers over his career. Confrontational at the line of scrimmage, Hughes relies on his initial pop with the receiver to hold up. He lacks the foot speed and quickness to turn and run with receivers with rare speed. Scouts noted how he struggled at the East-West Shrine Game in off-man coverage, but for bump-and-run teams looking for help on the second day, Hughes' consistency makes sense.

Casual fans may wonder how Pettigrew can be ranked as the elite senior tight end prospect when his statistics pale in comparison to many of the other top-ranked prospects at the position. While his career numbers are respectable - 112 receptions for 1,450 yards and nine touchdowns - they certainly aren't eye-popping. Relegated to blocking throughout much of his early career due to the Cowboys' focus on other playmakers, Pettigrew is more NFL-ready than most recent collegiate tight ends. A nagging ankle injury robbed him of the opportunity of breaking out as a senior, but the natural hands, rare athleticism and brute strength demonstrated throughout his career are the traits scouts look for in a complete tight end. Had an arm span of 34 7/8 inches and a hand span of 10 3/4 inches at the combine.

After operating primarily as a return specialist (albeit a very good one) in his first three years at Chapel Hill, Tate really climbed boards as a receiver at the start of the 2008 season with 16 catches for 376 yards and three touchdowns in his first six games. His exploits as a receiver coincided with his continued proficiency as a return specialist, setting the career record for total return yardage (3,523 yards). Unfortunately, he tore his right ACL and MCL in October, cutting his magical senior year short. He still earned honorable mention All-ACC as a returner despite missing more than half the season. If his knee is healthy come draft day, Tate could be one of three Tar Heel receivers earning draft selections in 2009 along with Hakeem Nicks and Brooks Foster. Had an arm span of 30 3/4 inches and a hand span of 9 1/4 inches at the combine.

The 2008 first-team All-Big East free safety showed nice versatility playing cornerback after senior star Mike Mickens went down with a knee injury. Underwood played only sparingly in three years (including a redshirt season) at Ohio State, then had his scholarship revoked due to missed meetings and academic issues. But in his only year playing for the Bearcats, Underwood proved to be a playmaker, recording 60 tackles, including 3.5 for loss, three interceptions, six pass deflections and two forced fumbles. His brother, E.J., played briefly in the NFL after playing at Ohio State and Pikeville College.

An underrated component of Oklahoma's impressive offense, Walker may lack the recognition of his teammate, Duke Robinson, but Walker might have been a more consistent blocker over the course of his college career. Walker graded out at 80% in 2007, higher than Robinson or any other member of the Sooners' offensive line. Scouts are impressed with Walker, a 2006 transfer from Coffeyville Community College, in part because he was able to handle that jump in competition immediately and started three seasons at right guard. Had an arm span of 34 1/2 inches and a hand span of 10 1/4 inches at the combine.

Big 12 opponents fully appreciated the impact Williams had on the Red Raiders' in 2008, even if others paid more attention to the high-flying offense. After all, Williams led the conference with 13 sacks, earning first-team All-Big 12 accolades as a junior, and leaves Tech ranked fourth in school history with 22.5 career sacks. Williams is strictly a speed rusher, as he lacks the bulk and strength to provide much in the running game. Teams are always looking for pass rushers and this fact could make Williams a top-100 selection come April, but another year at Texas Tech to get stronger would have been beneficial.

Entering the 2008 season, Southerland was considered by some to be the year's best traditional fullback prospect. After missing half of the season due to a fractured left foot, however, scouts are understandably more skeptical about where Southerland fits into the draft. He missed the first seven games of the 2008 season after surgery to fix the fracture, but struggled to regain the momentum he enjoyed earlier in his career. If he can prove his health, Southerland has the size, athleticism and history to warrant late-round consideration. Had an arm span of 32 3/4 inches and a hand span of 9 1/4 inches at the combine.

After playing at two different junior colleges, Marion stepped onto the Football Bowl Subdivision stage by scoring 11 touchdowns and averaging a whopping 31.9 yards on each of his 39 receptions (that's 1,244 yards) in Tulsa's high-octane offense in 2007. He followed up that second team All-Conference USA season with a first team all-conference 2008 where he merely averaged 25.9 yards per catch (43 receptions, 1,112 yards, eight scores). His frame is slight and his game has holes, but few college receivers have that sort of consistent big play ability. Missed bowl game with knee injury suffered making a cut on the last play of the Conference USA championship game. Had an arm span of 32 1/4 inches and a hand span of 9 1/8 inches at the combine.

An impact player since arriving in Baton Rouge, Helms makes up for a lack of size with his strength, attitude and technique. He'd be first-team all-conference anywhere but the SEC, where he got left out because of the depth. He was in the lineup for the last 32 consecutive games, and only injuries prevented him from being a starter in his true and redshirt freshman seasons. Reminds scouts of former Tennessee center Scott Wells, now a starter for Green Bay. Had an arm span of 31 3/4 inches and a hand span of 9 inches at the combine.

While teammate Rey Maualuga generated most of the headlines over their respective careers, it could be the versatile Cushing who enjoys the last laugh come draft day. While he has struggled with durability at times, Cushing held up in 2008, starting all 13 games for the Trojans and earning second-team AP All-American accolades despite rather pedestrian statistics (73 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 3.0 sacks). NFL scouts don't admire Cushing for his statistics, but for his versatility. Athletic and instinctive enough to star at linebacker and yet big and strong enough to compete at defensive end -- as he did in starting 13 games at the position in 2006 when injuries forced the Trojans to be creative -- Cushing is arguably the draft's most versatile defender. Cautious teams will certainly look into Cushing's previous struggles with durability, but his upside might be too much to allow him to get out of the top 20 come draft day.

Hartline stepped up as a solid No. 2 receiver to Brian Robiskie with 52 catches for 694 yards and six scores in 2007. But the move to QB Terrelle Pryor and a different offensive mindset early in 2008 decreased Hartline's role. While he was still a big-play threat who averaged 22.4 yards per receptions, Hartline finished with just 21 catches. Considering Ohio State's focus on Pryor's running ability, that Hartline considered leaving the Buckeyes wasn't a surprise. It was, however, a surprise that he didn't consider transferring rather than relinquishing his collegiate eligibility in the hopes of being a late-round pick. Had an arm span of 32 inches and a hand span of 10 inches at the combine.

Despite less than impressive statistics as a senior (51 percent completion rate, nine touchdowns and nine interceptions), Hoyer ranks as one of the more intriguing senior quarterbacks prospects due to his combination of size, arm-strength and accuracy. With so many college offenses predicated on the spread attack, some scouts are especially willing to give Hoyer a bit of a break with regards to his senior year statistics because of the Spartans' run-first offense and his receivers' propensity to drop passes. Savvy scouts also look back to 2007, when Hoyer was blessed with a legitimate NFL-caliber receiver in Devin Thomas (now with the Washington Redskins) and passed for 2,725 yards with 20 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. In a weak quarterback class, Hoyer's solid week of practice at the East-West Shrine Game could result in a middle-round selection. Had an arm span of 32 inches and a hand span of 9 1/2 inches at the combine.

Since earning Defensive Freshman of the Year honors in 2005, Orakpo flashed game-changing ability but saved his best for last. As a senior, he won the Lombardi, Hendricks and Nagurski awards and established himself as arguably the elite senior defensive lineman in the 2009 draft. An effective all-around defender capable of making plays against the run -- not to mention his most recognized skill, chasing quarterbacks -- he was even better than his impressive statistics (42 tackles, 19 tackles for loss, 11.5 sacks, four forced fumbles) would indicate, despite the fact that he missed time due to a knee injury. Orakpo also missed time with a knee injury in 2007, his only other season as a full-time starter. Orakpo's senior production and NFL teams' hunger for pass rushers is certain to make the All-American a first-round selection. Durability questions and a lack of elite burst off the snap could make it a later pick than his big name and trophy case might seem to indicate he'd warrant.

It's no surprise this Buckeye appears to have very good knowledge of the game, being the son of long-time NFL player and coach Terry Robiskie. While Brian Robiskie has the reliable route-running and hands one might expect considering his father's tutelage, he has built his own reputation as a surprisingly fluid athlete for a prospect of his size. Robiskie took a major step in his climb from special teams ace as a freshman to star receiver in 2007 when he caught 55 catches for 935 yards (17.0-yard avg.) and 11 touchdowns in his junior season. His production as a senior declined (42-535-8) due to changes in Ohio State's offense, but a solid week of practice at the Senior Bowl reassured scouts that Robiskie, while not the game-breaker of some of his peers, may be the most NFL-ready receiver of the 2009 draft. Had an arm span of 31 1/2 inches and a hand span of 9 5/8 inches at the combine.
