USC's Robert Woods to apply for entry into 2013 NFL Draft

USC wide receiver Robert Woods announced Monday his intention to forgo his senior season and apply for early entry into the 2013 NFL draft, The Associated Press reported.

Woods made the announcement following the Trojans' 21-7 loss to Georgia Tech in the Sun Bowl.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Woods is USC's career receptions leader. As a sophomore he finished with 1,292 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns. Woods recorded 813 yards receiving and 11 touchdowns in 2012.
