According to the team, Romo was a full participant in practice on Friday. It was significant that Romo could participate in back-to-back days of practice after sitting out all of last week with a back injury.
"He looked pretty comfortable to me," coach Jason Garrett said of his quarterback, prior to Friday's practice. "Clearly he's coming back off of this thing and wanted to get the blood flowing through his body and get his movement back both in the pocket and also throwing the football. I feel like he had a pretty good day yesterday."
The team had been optimistic about the star signal-caller playing this week. Barring a setback between now and game time Sunday afternoon (1 p.m. ET), Romo will be the man taking the snaps at Wembley Stadium.
