The Dallas Cowboys and San Diego Chargers will hold joint practice sessions in San Diego from Aug. 20-21, U-T San Diego reported Wednesday.
Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones had said earlier Wednesday that just a few details had to be ironed out.

"I would say the agreement -- our willingness to do it, their willingness to do it -- is all done," Jones told the Cowboys' official website Wednesday. "We've got a couple of logistics relative to such things as lodging, that type deal. But I don't see anything there would keep that from being a done deal, staying over there."
The two teams had been discussing holding the joint workouts since April, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.
The Cowboys hosted the Chargers at Valley Ranch last year during the preseason. Dallas will train in Oxnard, Calif., a few hours from San Diego, this year.
The Denver Broncos have also been guests of the Cowboys and Dallas has visited Denver for workouts in the past.
Jones also confirmed Wednesday that the Cowboyswill not trade cornerback Mike Jenkins despite the fact that Dallas traded up to the No. 6 overall pick in the 2012 Draft to select LSU cornerback Morris Claiborne.
The Cowboys' site also reported that fourth-round pick linebacker Kyle Wilber, taken from Wake Forest, fractured a finger during the second day of minicamp. It is unclear if he'll be able to participate at the start of OTAs, the first of which, for the Cowboys, begin May 22.
