Receivers Hackett, Branch active for Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks will have their full compliment of receivers for Saturday's divisional playoff game, as both D.J. Hackett and Deion Branch are active against the Green Bay Packers.

Hackett, who was limited in practice on Wednesday and did not participate in Thursday's practice, was listed as questionable on Friday's official injury report. He aggravated a sprained right ankle he's had for most of the season by practicing on Wednesday, and was considered a game-time decision by coach Mike Holmgren. Hackett has 32 catches for 384 yards and three touchdowns, but has been inactive for 10 games.

He had six catches for 101 yards and a touchdown against the Redskins last week.

"His ankle is a little bit sore. We rested it today," Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren said on Thursday. "That will be a game-time decision. "

Fellow starter Branch is also active after being listed as probable with a calf injury. Branch returned to practice for the first time since Dec. 26. following a strained right calf muscle. He has 49 catches for 661 yards and four touchdowns this season and is tied for second most playoff appearances on the Seahawks' roster behind Marcus Pollard.

Also inactive for Seattle are quarterback Charlie Frye (third QB), defensive end Jason Babin, running back Ben Joppru, fullback David Kirtman, wide receivers Logan Payne and Courtney Taylor, tackle Ray Willis and guard Mansfield Wrotto.

Defensive back and return specialist Will Blackmon is inactive for Green Bay. Blackmon was listed as questionable after he was limited in practice on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Green Bay also deactivated quarterback Craig Nall (third QB), wide receiver Shaun Bodiford, linebacker Desmond Bishop, offensive tackle Orrin Thompson, tight end Ryan Krause and defensive tackles Conrad Bolston and Daniel Muir.
