DeAngelo Williams raced 15 yards up the middle on a draw, giving the Panthers a first down on third-and-13 with 1:51 left and keeping the Cardinals offense off the field. Carolina started its final drive with 5:59 left and never relinquished control of the ball.

The Cardinals have scored an NFL-high 82 points in the third quarter this season, but it was the Panthers who turned the game around after halftime. Anquan Boldin returned for the first time since fracturing a sinus and suffering other facial injuries against the Jets in Week 4.
