Quick Take: Ravens can rebound vs. Browns

NFL.com and NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport has his thoughts on the game:

Why this game is intriguing: It's the Browns vs. the team formerly known as the Browns. If only that upped the ante for this one. But alas, it's one of the AFC's top-notch teams coming off a bye against one of the have-nots. The Ravens have issues, as they are still trying to function as a defense without Ray Lewis and while stopping the run. Facing rookie star-in-the-making Trent Richardson should put them to the test. But coming off a bye, with time for Haloti Ngata and Ed Reed to heal, with plenty of sessions for coordinator Dean Pees to get it together, don't be surprised if they Ravens fixed their issues. If they have, they should hold the Browns to a touchdown or less.
