Quick Take: Packers whack Raiders

It was over when ...
Will Blackmon recovered a fumbled punt in the end zone with 4:50 left in the third quarter that gave the Packers a 31-7 lead. Showing no ill effects of the injury that knocked him out of last Thursday's loss at Dallas, Brett Favre threw two touchdowns to lead the Packers to an easy victory, snapping the Raiders' two-game winning streak.

Game balls
Blackmon scored two special teams touchdowns, including his fumbled punt recovery and a 57-yard punt return. Blackmon was the first player to score a touchdown on a punt return and fumble recovery in the same game since Cincinnati's Lemar Parrish had a 90-yard punt return and 47-yard fumble return TD against the Redskins on Oct. 6, 1974. Also give credit and another game ball to the Packers' Jason Hunter, who stripped the ball from Tim Dwight to set up Blackmon's recovery in the end zone, essentially ending the game.

Key stat
The Packers defense, ranked 12th against the run coming into the game, held the Raiders' Justin Fargas to only 57 yards on 15 attempts. Fargas had been one of the top running backs in the NFL over the past couple of weeks, gaining 285 yards in his last two games.

Noteworthy
Blackmon's return for a touchdown was the first returned off Shane Lechler in 575 career punts. ... Packers receiver Greg Jennings caught his 11th touchdown of the season and is averaging a touchdown for every 4.2 receptions (11-for-46). Jennings had an 80-yard touchdown reception and has five touchdowns of at least 40 yards. ... Andrew Walter played for the first time this season, completing 5 of 8 passes for 38 yards.
