Rookie sensation Marshawn Lynch broke free for a 56-yard touchdown run with 2:22 left to put the Bills up 33-21 and secure Buffalo's third straight win.

Lynch rushed for 153 yards and one touchdown on 29 carries. He also threw for the go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter, hitting TE Robert Royal for the 8-yard score. The game marked his first career 100-yard rushing game, his longest run from scrimmage and his first career passing touchdown.

The Bills controlled the game by holding onto the ball nearly 11 minutes longer and racking up 479 total net yards to the Bengals' 299.
