Why this game is intriguing: One loss in November -- to the Steelers, which is nothing to be ashamed of -- and the Giants are already trying to fend off another late-fall swoon. Perhaps this year, they'll take the proactive approach and address it head-on. If they want to ask the Bengals for advice, now is a good time. Cincy's been on the wrong side of four straight games, but a win over a team like the Giants might key the spark that coach Marvin Lewis all but begged for from his leaders.
