Quick Take: Giants clinch with win over Bills

It was over when...
Giants LB Kawika Mitchell intercepted a Trent Edwards pass in the fourth quarter and returned it 20 yards for a touchdown. Eight minutes later, following a Bills punt, Giants rookie RB Ahmad Bradshaw broke off an 88-yard touchdown run to seal the win.

The Giant had a career day on the ground. Brandon Jacobs recorded a career-high 145 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries, while Bradshaw posted a career-high 151 yards and one touchdown on 17 carries.

Key stat
In addition to his two interceptions, Eli Manning had five fumbles (four in the first half), losing two, marking the second time this season the Giants have won despite four Manning turnovers. Because of wet conditions and Mannings' struggles, the Giants ran the ball 47 times and made just 15 pass attempts.

With the win, the Giants clinched a playoff spot for the third year in a row. ... Buffalo got a big pregame boost when injured tight end Kevin Everett addressed the team and the Bills fans in person at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Everett suffered a severe spinal cord injury in the first week of the season. ... Mitchell's interception for a touchdown was his second score of the season. ... Playing in wet conditions (rain, snow and hail) for the second week in a row, Manning had another difficult day, going 7-of-15 for 111 yards and no touchdowns. ... Bradhshaw's 88-yard touchdown run was the longest in the NFL this season.
