Quick take: Culpepper accounts for 5 TDs

It was over when...
Daunte Culpepper scored his second rushing touchdown of the day, scrambling left for 5 yards and lunging into the pylon to give the Raiders a 21-10 third-quarter lead. Afterwards, Culpeppper pointed to his surgically repaired knee and gave the "OK" signal to the Miami crowd.

Game balls
Culpepper said before the game that he wanted to make smart plays against his former team, and that's just what he did. He only managed 75 yards through the air on 5-of-12 passing, but he did not throw an interception and scored his first touchdown as a Raider on a 7-yard pass to Jerry Porter. He later completed a second touchdown pass -- a 27-yarder -- to Porter. What Culpepper didn't accomplish through the air, he did with his feet, scoring three rushing touchdowns.

Key stat
The Raiders rushed for 299 yards, outgaining the Dolphins' entire offense (255 yards). Miami QB Trent Green went 13-of-24 for 135 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
