The Giants rallied from a 14-0 deficit behind running backs Brandon Jacobs and Ahmad Bradshaw -- who combined for a Giants-record 296 rushing yards -- to give New York a 38-21 win and a guaranteed playoff spot in the NFC. ... Donovan McNabb rushed for 40 yards to go along with his 263 yards passing and three touchdowns as the Eagles impeded the Saints' playoff pursuit for another week with a 38-23 win.

At stake
Both teams have been eliminated from the playoffs.

Key matchup:
Defensive end Trent Cole vs. Bills left tackle. With BillsPro Bowl tackle Jason Peters ruled out for this week's game, it will most likely be up to third-year tackle Kirk Chambers to slow down Cole, who leads the Eagles with 12 sacks. Without Peters last week, the Bills gave up three sacks -- including the first allowed by Buffalo in three games.
