At stake

Key matchup:
Defensive end Trent Cole vs. Bills left tackle. With BillsPro Bowl tackle Jason Peters ruled out for this week's game, it will most likely be up to third-year tackle Kirk Chambers to slow down Cole, who leads the Eagles with 12 sacks. Without Peters last week, the Bills gave up three sacks -- including the first allowed by Buffalo in three games.
