Philadelphia Eagles sign Evan Moore to replace Clay Harbor

PHILADELPHIA -- The Philadelphia Eagles signed tight end Evan Moore on Thursday.

Moore, 27, replaces backup Clay Harbor, who was placed on season-ending injured reserve earlier in the week.

Moore has 63 receptions for 810 yards and five touchdowns in 47 games in four seasons with the Cleveland Browns and Seattle Seahawks. Moore set career highs in catches (34), yards (324) and touchdowns (4) with the Browns in 2011. He played in 14 games for the Seahawks this season before being released Wednesday.
