Niners' Gore limited in practice, questionable vs. Eagles

San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore was listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Philadelphia with an ankle injury.

Gore practiced this week but was limited by an injury suffered in last Sunday's 13-8 victory at Cincinnati, where he carried 17 times for 42 yards.

Gore did not exactly instill confidence when asked if he'd be able to go Thursday.

"I don't know, man," Gore told Comcast SportsNet Bay Area. "I really don't know. If I can't go, I can't go."

Anthony Dixon or Kendall Hunter would replace Gore against the Eagles, who rank 30th in the NFL in rushing defense.

Wide receiver Michael Crabtree (foot) and guard Mike Iupati (neck) were listed as probable.
